Internal complaint systems or "WHISTLE BLOWING". The Whistle Blowing concept, in the professional context of an Organization, consists of a system through which the internal staff makes a complaint of a bad behavior of said organization appealing to a regulation either own of the company, legal norm; your code of ethics, your personal ethics, among others. The concept whose origin comes from the English term regarding the practice of police officers who blew their whistles in front of a crime commission, served to alert the public and other police officers of the danger. Currently, the one who makes the "whistle blow" is the professional within the organization: An example of this is: The case in which an employee denounces through an internal mailbox system, behaviors through which he "bribes" to auditors to make up the accounts of the company; or those in which you have knowledge of a manager who provides information reserved to third parties. Remember that in any case, the “Whistle Blowing” systems must comply with the data protection regulations, and will be reviewed in the mandatory audit established in art. 96 of the LOPD Development Regulation (RD 1720/2007).
