The agreement covers legal advice in the field of Law applied to ICT, operational, logistical and organizational support. The PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION OF COMPUTER EXPERTS (ASPEI), is a professional association whose mission is the technification and recognition of professionals who are dedicated to computer expertise, both judicial and extrajudicial. This activity involves very relevant legal connotations, since in the activity of the computer expert, rights declared as fundamental are often at stake, such as the case of the Right to privacy (eg email), Right to honor or the image itself . The consequence of these legal implications in the technical actions of appraisal is that there is a considerable risk of commission of some type of criminal, civil or administrative offense, either by action or by omission; therefore it is necessary that the IT expert of the 21st Century possesses the necessary legal knowledge to avoid the risks generated in his professional activity. In order to provide continued support to ASPEI members, both operatively and formatively, ASPEI and ATGroup have signed a collaboration agreement, through which ASPEI members will have access to the technical documentary fund in ICT-related Law and legal consultants specialized in ICT. It should be noted that the agreement also contemplates the possibility of requesting prior reports of action, that is, that the expert when detecting an activity that may entail a legal risk, may request a prior legal report that will allow him to carry out the collection, analysis, reports and ratifications, with all appropriate legal guarantees.
